Michigan lost to the Buckeyes Saturday afternoon, 42 - 39. Mike Hart led the Wolverines with 142 yards rushing and had three touchdowns. Chad Henne passed for 267 yards and 2 TDs. Adrian Arrington had 5 catches for 90 yards and a touchdown. The Wolverines fall to 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the Big Ten. Michigan must wait and see what happens with the (Notre Dame at USC) game, and (Florida at Florida State) game this weekend to find out their bowl game destination. Michigan beat the Hoosiers Saturday afternoon, 34 - 3. Mike Hart had 92 yards rushing and a touchdown, Chad Henne passed for 159 yards and 2 TDs. Steve Breaston had 103 yards receiving and one touchdown reception and a punt return for an 83 yard touchdown. Running back Jerome Jackson had 65 yards rushing and a touchdown. Michigan beat the Ball State Cardinals Saturday afternoon, 34 - 26. Moving the Wolverines to a record of 10 - 0 overall with a 6 - 0 mark in the Big Ten. Mike Hart had 154 yards rushing and a touchdown, Chad Henne passed for 155 yards and a touchdown. Steve Breaston had 7 catches with 50 yards receiving. Michigan beat the Wildcats on Saturday, 17-3. Mike Hart finished the game with 95 yards on the ground and one touchdown. David Harris had a sack and an interception to lead the defense. LaMarr Woodley got two sacks and 3 tackles for loss. The defense held the Wildcats to -13 yards rushing. Michigan improves its record to 9 - 0 overall and 6 - 0 in the Big Ten. Michigan beat the Nittany Lions Saturday night, 17 - 10. Moving the Wolverines to a record of 7 - 0 overall with a 4 - 0 mark in the conference play. Mike Hart had 112 yards rushing and a touchdown, Chad Henne passed for 196 yards and a touchdown. Adrian Arrington had 5 catches with 83 yards receiving and a touchdown. BASKETBALL

 

Michigan lost in the NIT Finals at Madison Square Gardens on Thursday night to South Carolina Gamecocks. They were led by Daniel Horton with 18 points in his final game as a Wolverine. Chris Hunter tossed in 12 points in his final game as a Wolverine and Brent Petway had 12 points. The Gamecocks opened the game with six straight points and never looked back. Michigan trailed by 12 points at the Break, 39 -27 and never overcame the hot shooting of the Gamecocks, dropping the NIT Final 76 - 64. The Wolverines finished the season with a overall record of 22 - 11 and 8 - 8 in the Conference Play.
